Erasmus+ Project Launch: Long-term Professional Mobility for Healthy Cooking Experience in Europe

We are thrilled to announce our latest Erasmus+ project N 2022-1-BG01-KA122-VET-000070527: “Long-term Professional Mobility for Studying European Expertise in Healthy Cooking.” This initiative is funded through the Erasmus+ program under the KA122-VET category, focusing on short-term projects for learner and staff mobility in vocational education and training.

The project will be a collaborative effort between Private Professional College HRC Culinary Academy Bulgaria LLC, HRC International BV, and EuroAcademy Consulting. Kicking off on June 1st, 2022, the project will span nine months, concluding on February 28th, 2023.

Our primary objective is to offer long-term learning mobility opportunities for VET learners, enabling them to acquire hands-on experience in the hospitality and restaurant sector. In addition to this, the project encompasses organizational support, travel assistance, individual and linguistic support, preparatory visits, and inclusion support.

Targeting VET learners aged 18-35 with an interest in the hospitality and restaurant industry, this project aims to equip them with valuable knowledge and experience while enhancing their skills and competencies.

We strongly believe that this Erasmus+ project will positively impact the lives of the participants and contribute to a more diverse and inclusive hospitality and restaurant industry. Furthermore, it will empower participants with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in their chosen field.
