We are delighted to unveil our Erasmus+ project, “Exchange of Experience and Good Practices in Healthy Cooking.”, N 2022-2-BG01-KA122-ADU-000098300. This project focuses on enhancing teachers’ awareness of project themes, elevating teaching quality, promoting the exchange and transfer of best practices in education, emphasizing health as a public priority, employing innovative teaching methods and new technologies, supporting the development of professional European networks, and solidifying the Academy’s relationships with partner organizations and enterprises.

This collaboration brings together two organizations from Bulgaria and Norway, specifically Private Professional College HRC Culinary Academy Bulgaria LLC, HRC International BV, and EuroAcademy Consulting NUF. The project is set to span six months, commencing on February 1st, 2023, and concluding on July 31st, 2023. Activities will include short-term learning mobility for adult learners, organizational support, travel and individual support, linguistic assistance, preparatory visits, inclusion support, and exceptional costs coverage.

The project’s objectives encompass raising teachers’ awareness and deepening their understanding of project topics, developing innovative techniques and technologies for sourcing regional products to prepare healthy and sustainable dishes, implementing best practices and experiences within the Academy, updating training programs with a focus on healthy and sustainable subjects, and cultivating environmentally responsible behaviors among the Academy’s staff and students.

We anticipate that this project will positively impact participating organizations and the broader community. It will foster cross-national collaboration on healthy cooking and raise awareness of health as a public priority. Additionally, it will contribute to the development of professional networks across Europe and strengthen the Academy’s relationships with partner organizations and enterprises.

We are thrilled to be part of this initiative and eagerly await the positive outcomes it will generate for both the participating organizations and the wider community.
